With Fall quickly approaching, we would like help you avoid pricey &
inconvenient service calls during the upcoming winter months.
We offer Preventative Maintenance plans starting at $105.00.
Furnace & boiler diagnostic fee & trip charge within 30 miles includes:
Cleaning & inspection of equipment (boilers will include antifreeze
check), testing of ignitor, motor amp draw, cleaning of condensate trap,
check of electrical voltage & ground, lubricating motor if applicable &
changing of all filters.
If we discover something that is out of spec we will make a
recommendation of repair or replacement & proceed at your discretion (additional part’s fee’s will apply).
Furnace & A/C combination diagnostic fee & trip charge within 30 miles starting at $139.00 includes:
Cleaning & inspection of equipment (boilers will include antifreeze
check), testing of ignitor, motor amp draw, cleaning of condensate trap,
check of electrical voltage & ground, lubricating motor if applicable & changing of all filters.
Check of A/C coil, drain, voltage & amp draw of the outdoor unit, check contactor & capacitors.
If we discover something that is out of spec we will make a
recommendation of repair or replacement & proceed at your discretion (additional part’s fee’s will apply).
If you would like to be put on a once or twice yearly schedule for these
services please let us know.
